We aim to ensure that we’re checking in with our past patients and clients from time to time and helping them address the challenges that may arise throughout the year.

Challenges can include:

  • Health and Wellness counseling

  • Improving running, lifting, workout habits, nutrition habits, mindset habits

Recently, we’ve launched a new initiative called The Check-In to re-connect with our clients and help them to address their health and wellness needs on an as needed basis.

The Check-In is as simple as:

  1. Schedule a Check-In

  2. Get Evaluated (strength, mobility, movement assessment, questions)

  3. Add New Routines to Keep You Healthy and Moving
